There is a lot of cabs at schneeberg. This one was the most beautiful. Good place for beer and some sausage.

Very good local food at the top of the highest mountain of east Austria. Typical Austrian friendliness which might be misunderstood by foreigners as rude and inpatient. You have to try the Apfel Strudel. It is very yummy. The way to the restaurant is stroller friendly and takes only 20-30 minutes from the salamander train station.

Mountain hit a short stroll from Schneeberg railway top station. With a bit of effort via a gravel road it is also reachable with a baby buggy. Lunch and snack options are good.
Nice place for rest. Waiters can not speak english.
