It was a delivery from Denmark with crucial parts. It got stuck a little I guess due to Covid. Got concerned there for a bit that it was lost as the package didnt \move\ for 3 days. Just before I got anxious it was delivered on time. All good. Thank you!

After some call and email to them, finally they come with the package to my flat. Before that 4 times they don't come with the products to my flat, I always needed to go to their package point to pick up my online order. Plus I like that, they are more careful with the package (I mean the package is not damaged. maximum a little dirt which is a normal thing) than other delivery companies.

Terrible service. I was at home waiting for delivery. Nothing came. I just learnt in the evening that package was dropped at pick-up place claiming delivery was attempted but not successful. No bell ring, no notice at post box, nothing. Seems like delivery boy found it more comfortable to drop it off at pick-up place. This is third time I have such experience with DPD in Austria. Never had troubles with other services (AT Post, Amazon or UPC). I tried to call DPD, did not succeed - busy line. Big Fail.

After many DPD on-delivery\ where the truck was not even stopping at home but leaving packet at drop point, I complained precisely on a DPD survey. In addition the depot is a dirty smoke stinking shop in town. Today's delivery was done quickly and timely directly at home door...I guess someone does read the surveys...

Package is delivered immidiately to package shop, even though I was home all day. This is the second time the driver didn't even attempt to deliver the package. Why should I even bother paying for home delivery anymore if I have to go pick up my orders from a shop anyway?? Defeats the purpose of home delivery. I would suggest DPD actually start doing what their promise to customers is - delivering to the door instead of lying about failed attempts of delivery.

I was appraised of the delivery twice: 1st when the delivery service accepted the package where I was told when the package would arrive 2nd upon delivery day early on I received a second update. The delivery itself was to the point almost to the minute. Outstanding service. I know very different from logistics company and so DPDA deserves high praise indeed. I had a second delivery by DPD - was as good and commendable as the first one. Very good logistics company indeed

It is a responsible and very accurate parcel delivery, the best it's that they inform you throught out your email every time something is happening and you can track your parcel and see it on a interactive map. So far I do not have anything to complaint so I will recommend this company! :)
