Excellent, kind and emphatic service with Dr. Rücker! We were on holiday in a nearby ski resort and our little one of 4 months got a lung infection. We called in the morning and received a slot for later that day. The doctor took time to examine our little one's troubles going above and beyond to ensure that he had the right diagnosis. He explained to us how to administer the necessary medicine. He was very helpful and reassuring.
