Last week we were having a nice roundtrip in the Italian-Austrian alps while all of a sudden our old shih-tzu (15 years) became ill: he didn't eat nor drink for 2 days. On top of it he got diarrea overnight and his bodytemperature was a bit low. We called this clinic 10 AM and we were invited to come by at 11 AM (our compliments for the speed and flexibility!). The staff were very helpful and patient. The doctor that attented us run some tests (blood, bodytemperature etc). Within half an hour she got the results. She gave our dog some shots to clean his intestines and to stimulate his lust for food. Within a few hours he started to drink and eat again. His body termperature rose again. She gave us some specific food. Normally our dog doesn't eat anything but his own food, but he liked the food that the doctor gave him ! The costs were normal; back home we would pay around 150-200 EUR for the 3 medicines, bloodtest and the extra bag of food. The bill ended up to be 180 EUR; not cheap, nor expensive. We travel almost every year to Austria (Tirol, specifically) and if something happens again with our dog, we are reassured that there is a topclass vet around. Our compliments to the kindness, professionality and general service that the whole staff provided !

Very good care, a great clinic with really nice personnel!
Mein Hund hatte starken Durchfall und erbrach sich (1Tag und 1Nacht) als dann beim Stuhlgang nur noch Blut kam, wählte ich den Notdienst. Ich wurde vertröstet und wenn es am nächsten Tag nicht besser ist sollte ich mich noch mal melden! Ich bin so enttäuscht, von dieser Tierklinik. Zum Glück habe ich eine Tierärztin die sich, obwohl sie keinen Notdienst hatte, um meine Liebling gekümmert, als wäre es ihr eigener.
Freundlich zu Mensch und Tier! Kompetent, die Tiere sind in besten Händen und werden liebevoll und sehr gut behandelt!
Ich hatte mit meinen Bernern bisher größere Operationen, einmal einen Beinbruch der verlautete wurde und super verheilt ist und erst kürzlich eine Darm-Op wegen eines verschlucken Avocadokerns. Wieder gut gelaufen und vor allem auch in der Nachsorge sehr bemüht - vor allem auch für das Tier!
Leider hatte unsere geliebte Hündin nicht einfach nur mal Bauchweh und nicht einfach nur eine starke Augenentzündung. Sie war sehr krank und wir mussten sie letztendlich in einer anderen Tierklinik einschläfern lassen. Sehr traurig für uns. Habe kein Vertrauen mehr in diese Tierarztpraxis!
Bin mit allen 4 Hunden dort (4-15 Jahre) und war/bin immer sehr zufrieden
Super Tierarzt Praxis, Super Nette Leute und Top Tierärzte ganz besonders Claudia Brunner. Sie ist Einfühlsam bei Tier und Herr. Eine Tierarzt Praxis zum Weiterempfehlen!!!! Ich bin zufrieden und mein Beagle auch
