In two words: very disappointing Our expectations were very high after staying, in about ten years ago in a farm house in Schwartzwald Katharina and Philipp's attention was very disappointing. On the few occasions we met them during our stay, they were not interested in whether everything was okay, if we needed something and did not give recommendations for trips around. We sent several times emails before we arrived and we did not receive any answer. We also could not reach them by phone. They charged us 70 Euros for cleaning when only once came to exchange garbage cans. The towels and bedding were not replaced in our stay It's not clear why the couple gave them self four stars. We barely give two and no doubt it spoiled our experience in Tirol

Wir waren vom 23.-30.8.20 Gäste im 4 Sterne- Zugspitzhof. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in allen Fragen übertroffen: Sehr freundliche Gastgeber Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Apartemans, alles sehr sauber, hohe Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften unter Coronavorschriften, für alle Gäste kostenloser Parkplatz in der Gemeinschaftsgarage, tägliche Informationen über kulturelle Angebote, Nutzung desGästebusses mit der Gästecard, eine wuderschöne Saunaanlage Unseren Gastgebern nochmals vielen Dank.

Wenn man ohne Hund kommt ist man anscheinst sehr willkommen! Bei unserer Buchung (explizit eine Hundefreundliche Unterkunft gesucht), haben wir, nachdem wir das Gewicht und die Rasse angeben musste, eine nicht begründete Absage bekommen! So wie es aussieht sind kniehohe Mischlinge nicht willkommen! Also Achtung an alle Hundebesitzer: besser erst gar nicht versuchen!
Sofort nach unserer Ankunft haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und der ganze Zugspitzhof macht einen freundlichen und sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Lage ist sehr schön und vor allem ruhig. Man wohnt recht zentral und kann viele Ziele bequem zu Fuß erreichen. In kann nur zusammenfassen - EMPFEHLENSWERT !!!
