tour guide telling us that they are selling very good ice cream. so after our dinner with very enthusiastic we go there and buy 2 cup of ice cream (coffee and Vanilla). and at the end, we're feel sorry we eat that ice cream . the taste was a bit over do, and the after taste make our throat feels not good. the restaurant was starting from 1886, so it should be a good restaurant. maybe we the one that not suitable with the ice cream taste

One of the best ice creams in Vienna. Crowed but great place to have a drink, coffee or ice-cream. Close to public transport.
Gelato that hits my sweet tooth just right! It's placed in a great location! The staff are sweet too!
After all those years, still the best. And being served by the same people every year, despite closure during the cold season, is an absolute plus for me, these days. It speaks for the company and its management.

Probably the best place for ice cream in the city. Happy to have found it again after 31 years. And it was delicious, again!
Be careful! I am buying from there boxes with icecream from time to time. They give cards - one box is one card. With 10 cards I can receive extra box free. Yesterday I went there with 10 cards, they claimed that one of the cards has expired- since there is expiry date on the card. I have received it some weeks ago and it seems that their employee has given me an expired card. It is a pity to have such experience. Please always check always what they are giving you. I decided not to go there anymore.
Ice cream is quite nice, little bit on the expensive side, I've definitely had better though, they only took cash.
