Zell am see is a beautiful town near Salzburg. The lake is centrally located and looks very pretty in summer. There is a beautiful and scenic road trip from zell am see to grosslockner which is at 2100 mtrs. There's a motorable road to the top worth amazing views.

Beautiful in summer and winter. Definitely worth walking around for a bit. This lake also freezes every 4-6 years and makes for some amazing ice skating.

Nice walk. Good starting point for a walk around the lake (14km).

The lake with mountains is a great view. It’s near the Zell am see shopping market. So it’s nice to go both places at the same time.

Panoramic views over lake, peaceful atmospheric and excellent lake swimming. Water temp 22 degrees. Decent cafe/ bar on site.
