Hallo my ladies and gentlemen I will to go KANADA forever.
I am Salem Salah. From Libya. I want to apply for asylum in the distinguished Canadian state. For the purpose of treatment. I ask you to take an appointment with you here at the Embassy in Austria to explain your reasons.
We lost our passport last year and Eva Eiszner, Peter Weissenhofer and host of others could not have been more helpful in ensuring that our new passports were in place for our connecting trip to Rome (within 4 days). They went above and beyond the call of duty at every step, from making the process streamline with tips and advice to tireless working to get my passport replaced so that I would not be stranded in Vienna over the long weekend (I was traveling on a special government passport). They were extremely responsive to all our requests and ever patient in explaining the process. I cannot thank them enough for making such a stressful time so easy!!!!
Absolutely no way of communication with a real person. No phone to call, no email to get a reply from and since 2016 no door to knock on. After yeras of experience with Canadian immigration in Canada this extended hand of its institution was even more disappointing!
Your customer service is terrible. I called so many times and the machine recorder just kept me spinning and at the end bids me goodbye and wasted my time.
One of the best and fastest service in visa procedures . The embassy staff was kind enough to change the procedure and send documents on a different address . Thank you for your help !
This place is a big mess. Their processes are so broken that my passport basically ended up being kidnapped there. It’s been there for almost 4 weeks now, there’s no way for me to pick it up and there’s no way to communicate with them as neither emails nor phone numbers are functional.
