This is absolutely not at the main train station and a pain to get to with luggage. Really awful experience getting to and from the location.

Do not trust this company!! they charged me for liability insurance even though i declined it!! they kept my contract when i left Austria and proceeded to charge me after i left the country!! I WAS FULLY COVERED BY INSURANCE WITH MY RENTAL VOUCHER THAT WAS GIVEN TO THE AGENT IN LINZ!! THIS IS A TERRIBLE RENTAL COMPANY THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE LANGUAGE BARRIER. Luckily I had them write down the damage on the car contract even though the dishonest agent circled no damage!! make sure you video tape the transaction!! BAD BAD EXPERIENCE

Efficient and friendly service. We were in and out within 10 minutes. The only drawback is that it is a bit tricky to find and requires a car to get to it i.e. a cab. It's about 15 minutes from the Linz Hbf.

Unkomplizierte Fahrzeugabwicklung und Kommunikation, habe außerdem ein interessant gut ausgestattetes Auto erhalten. Einzig die Flecken auf der Schutzfolie haben mich Anfangs irritiert.

Kann Europcar nicht empfehlen, für meine 2 Tagesmiete musste ich 60 extra Servicespesen für ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten bezahlen. Hatte den Wagen für Freitag 15 Uhr angemietet und 10 min später geholt. Es war auch nachträglich keine Kulanzlösung möglich.

Einen Stern Abzug gibt es im Grunde bloß für die Lage, die ohne eigenes Auto gar nicht mal so schnell und einfach zu erreichen ist. Ansonsten habe ich gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Abholung und Rückgabe des Mietwagens liefen absolut problemlos und die Mitarbeiter im Service-Bereich waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab keine versteckten Kosten, aber man muss natürlich darauf achten, dass eine Kaution in Höhe von 900 (?) Euro für den Mietwagen auf der Kreditkarte geblockt wird.
