The host is nice, they brought us from the train station when we get off the bus. And drove us to the station back again when we left Obertraun, so we would not need to take our lagguage when we get on the hill. The house appliances is complete, and the house is tidy and clean. Living in Obertraun can get discount if we visit Dachestein and SaltMine. Show your check in document to the desk when you are buying the ticket.

Attitude and helpfulness of the owner. was friendly and also very informative about the area. The apartment had beautiful views of the lake and mountains; it was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Everything that we could wish for.
Lovely views, homely apartment. Minus points: Dead bug on the window surprise. Pots and pans were badly scratched and cheap utensils that contained teflon and other harmful materials when the surface is heated. It should not be used for cooking and Elisabeth should replace them immediately with stainless steel, copper or cast irons ones. Arriving at night made it difficult to find the place as none of the signs were reflective. It was much easier to get there in the daytime. Plus points: The lady was nice and friendly. The view from our apartment was stunning and breathtaking. The beds were comfortable and homely. Great bakery 5 minutes away from the apartment with delicious bread.
We had a fantastic holiday in the city of Obertraun, the apartment was pleasant and fun and warm, nice balcony with amazing view! , we had everything we wanted, a fully equipped kitchen, Supermarket is close, a number of restaurants within walking distance, short distance and easy transportation to halsttas, hostess was amazing, we'll definitely want to come back here!
The apartment was so nice and conveniently located in Obertraun. The host elisabeth is so friendly she even drove us to Hallstatt on a snowy day. The apartment wasn’t meant for children under 12 which we didnt know, but Elisabeth lets us stay anyway for two nights and we really appreciate it! The view from the balcony is soo beautiful, we loved how it was all white from snow, you can see the lake and the mountains. If you have luggages there were about 2-3 flights of stairs but we managed. The bed was bery comfortable, we even cooked dinner in the kitchen and it was very well equipped. Wish we could stay longer.

Dit is een typisch Oostenrijks vakantiehuis. Verwacht geen overdadige en luxe inrichting maar de ligging met het fraaie uitzicht op de bergen en de Halstättersee maken dit alles goed. Het servies, glaswerk en het linnengoed is een allegaartje maar verder is alles aanwezig. Koffie en thee zijn voor rekening van de verhuurder. De ontvangst door de gastvrouw is zeer hartelijk en ze neemt alle tijd om alles met je door te nemen. Wanneer je met de trein komt staat ze te wachten bij het station om je op te halen. Een fantastisch adres om te genieten van de prachtige omgeving.
