Great Service, very friendly staff, good exchange rates. I needed to change PLN to EUR and back when I was returning to Poland after a meeting. Very friendly cashier offered to take back 50% of what I changed initially for the same rate. Ill defintely use their service again. Thank you!

Very low rate for tax refund ,and it is the only way to get your money back in the airport.So always get your money back from global blue office in the city not the airport in Vienna or you will make the same mistake as mine .They give the tax refund in dollars or any currency you want but not in Euros they gave me 417 dollars instead of 438 Euros !. I attached a picture showing all the tax refund points in Austria .

If possible, AVOID this company. They scam people. I use them to get tax refund back, but they will only give back in FOREIGN currency. I pay in EURO, the form says I get EURO back but they WILL NOT give back EURO no matter what. When I ask why do I need to get money back in foreign currency, the staff said they are exchange company, they make money from horrible exchange rate ( I get 1.04 USD per EURO when the market rate is 1.13.) Scam company. Avoid at all cost! Edit: Reply to interchange’s comment. You can check your CCTV Saturday July 20 12-12.30pm. I was on the right counter. I was furiously arguing that I want cash back in EURO. The staff argue strongly that you DO NOT offer back euro, ONLY Foreign currency. And as I stated in the above, your exchange rate is Horrible.

ein Skandal und die totale Abzocke - ACHTUNG - keinesfalls bei dieser Firma Devisen wechseln - sowohl der Wechselkurs wie auch die Spesen sind meiner Meinung nach an der Grenze zur Sittenwidrigkeit! ich habe für 300 Euro nur 260 Dollar erhalten und 21,89 Euro Spesen bezahlt!
