This place is top notch. The staff that work here are kind and patient (and speak English if your German isn’t up to snuff); the products they sell are good and robust; and they can service your bike fairly quickly (they were able to service my bike in 5 days). The whole experience of buying a bike and also getting another bike (purchased somewhere else) serviced was incredibly pleasant. Can not recommend them enough.
Been there couple of times now. One of the best bike mechanics I have ever met. Will surely go there again, doesn't matter if it's about my road bike or mtb (I'm sure he also can handle city bikes)
