The service that does not deliver packages! Very bad experience with GLS service! They didn't deliver my package, when I asked where it was they told me that it has been returned to sender! They didn't even try to deliver it! No one rang my doorbell, I was at home all the time! I was not notified, no one called me on my phone! They did none of that! And they returned the package! When I write to their service and ask where my package is, they just say \It is returned to the sender\. WHY? Who is responsible for mistake?! They are absolutely not willing to reconsider what happened, to find the responsible person and to solve problems in their work. They don't care about service users at all, if they made a mistake to at least compensate the service user! At the end the package is even not delivered to the sender, it is somewhere lost and I am the one who paid for all that ! I do not give up on this I will go with this further!

DO NOT USE! Terrible delivery service. They claim to have been trying to deliver a package for the last few weeks, but have never actually shown up. Thanks to lockdown we have been home everyday (with a window to our house's front door) and have never once seen them appear. Besides that, there seems to be no good way to contact them before they simply return the delivery to the sender. UPDATE: Despite a quick reply to this message and the offer to contact GLS via their website, I can't find the \Contact Form\ recommended. Janine, perhaps you can provide a link?
Absolutely worst service ever. 3 weeks delivery from czech republic to salzburg. after 3 times calling on customer service where don't know about package nothing, still saying \tomorrow will be delivered\ or \in Saturday will be in package store\ when i asked if he know ca. time he said \you must go there maybe few times and check if its there\..... are you kidding me? after 2 weeks doing nothing i have to do your job? . Where is my package? You really have it 2 weeks in car? never again.. it will be faster when i will walk to the shop (500km) and back next time... instead using your services....
I have been waiting for my pick up from GLS anthering for more than a week. After five attempts of delivery failed because the courier never calls (I specified it was absolutely necessary, since the doorbell is not working) I tried to reach GLS customer service, whose number is not working at the moment. Thus, I sent 3 mails to [email protected] but never received a single reply. I really don't know how to receive some medicines I have in the parcel and none seems to care. I am pretty dissatisfied.
They seem to actively try to not get the package delivered. Not leaving notes, no real attempts at delivery and not responsive to emails. If you want a package lost go with GLS, otherwise avoid like the plague.
The worst delivery system in the world. The couriers are so lazy that they don't even try to deliver your packages. I was waiting for a package in Salzburg but on the tracking I read:\Anterhing- the person wasn't at home\. Of course I wasn't at home because you weren't even in my city. This is the third time it happens. Please, try to avoid GLS Austria
Mein Paket wurde zweimal nicht geliefert weil ich angeblich nicht da war obwohl ich immer zu Hause bin.... Call Center ist eigentlich nicht erreichbar außer man hat 40min Zeit in der Warteschlange zu hängen.... Hat man das aber einmal geschafft, dann kann man sein Paket noch selber am ADW abholen und ansonsten geht es halt wieder zurück zum Versender.... Also ein miserabler Service....
Dieser Service lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Ich kann nur JEDEM empfehlen darauf zu achten, dass die Ware NICHT mit GLS verschickt wird !!!
