Using a simple graphic picture, Mr. Nikl created a beautiful necklace pendant from white-gold for me. The necklace is really a work of art and my daughter will be delighted with her birthday present. The piece was finished promptly and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this establishment for anyone that needs something individually custom-made.

My ring came back repaired and that I am pleased with. The cost for repair was fair. The cons are that the opening and closing (between 12-3) times are not accommodating. It was discussed that the ring would be fixed by a certain date (I'd come back 6 days after drop off). As I was coming to pick up the ring, I was told that they haven't really started working on it yet, as I'm not their only client, and it would be ready almost 6 hours later. I arrived 30 minutes later (prior to arriving I said I'd rather pick up the ring unrepaired as I had to leave the country). I had a bit of an argument over this. I arrived and the ring was fixed, just not polished. I am not sure why I was told it would not be ready for pick up until the evening if it was apparently already fixed.
I wanted a wedding ring that would fit to my engagement ring and hadn't been able to find anything. I had my wedding ring made to order here and I couldn't have been more happy with the experience. I had an idea of what I wanted and was advised about what was possible, how much it would cost and how long it would take. I was unsure about how the width of the ring would look, so they agreed to make it one size and then adjust it if I wasn't happy. In the end I decided I wanted to have it narrower and it was all no problem. It was a pleasure to deal with this company, they were friendly, helpful and the finished product is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The price was very competitive, I though having it made to order woul dbe a lot more expensive than buying a normal wedding ring, but this wasn't the case. Highly recommend!
