I hired this company before moving into a brand new apartment. Window cleaning, surfaces & floors were literally all to be done. Once arriving after the 'cleaning work', I was sure there had been a misunderstanding because the bathroom & surfaces were still thick with dirty dust. I got an outrageous bill of over 100! I sent a polite email to the company but got no response at all. Please, save your money. There are many good cleaning companies in Graz. Koschier is in my experience, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL in every way.
