Good food, especially the daily specials including game. The terrace is nice and there is space for kids to play and recently there were 2 small free range piggies.

Very friendly and great food. This is usually expected in this area but worth mentioning. The restaurant seems to have been recently renovated and looks excellent with a classic Österreich feel to it.

We have been to Kronreith multiple times during our most recent vacation. The views are amazing, the service excellent, and the food truly top notch. The new chef has created a menu that is far beyond what you would find elsewhere. This is essentially 3-star cuisine along with a great selection of wines and spirits. In addition, there is a nice playground which can be priceless if you're traveling with small children. Long story short: We carried our 2-year-old in a broken stroller up the mountains, and I would do it again in a heart beat as long as Kronreith is the destination! Enjoy!

Wonderful evening, delicious food, beautifully served, good and friendly service in a breathtaking location.... it is quite fun to take the sleigh down the hill after dinner!
