They were not able in 5 days, 4 hours each one, to teach a 8-years little girl how to fight her fear of skiing ... all what they done was to move the girl from one instructor to another without to give her the chance to create a trust-bound with the instructor. By the way, in the shop, every employee has his own price list, the price for the very same service is different depending on who you ask and when you ask :)

The boss is so rude \I don't have time listening you \. Can't recommend this place. Shortly I wanted buy my own ski. I asked from this renting company if they can sell some for me because it is soon end of the season.. They had couple of options. The salesman said I can try the ski and decide after that, ok I thought it is a free try because I want to buy ski. After testing i decided that I want to buy ski for multipurpose use (touring-skiing). I took my ski back and said that I want buy a touring ski. At this point salesman made me buy 120e for renting the ski even so it supposed be only testing and I didn't accept or spoke anything about renting, just buying. The salesman didn't tell me anything about the renting prices etc.. When getting the ski. I agreed only Just that I can test the ski and decide after that if I want to buy them. When complaining about this to the boss, he said \I don't have time listening you
Rented three years our skiing gear at Panorama. At location they have a consistent and stable team which seems able to handle massive loads of new guests in a short time frame with a laugh and joke. For shopping new gear it is better to stick to down periods like 10:00-14:00 in which they provide ample service. Acceptable prices for rentals and purchases. Courses provided in various formats. Various Dutch-speaking tutors during season. With one exception the family loved their approach and results were ok. Normal classes in size up to 6 students, in real life 4-5 for snowboarding. Private courses available, but book in advance to be safe of a spot.
very friendly, personal, funny and helpful service all around the shop, and everybody speaks english too. the rental prices are lower than the neighbouring Intersport shop, and the equipment was even better in my case. they were very flexible for personal requests too.

Klasse! Ich habe mich letztes Wochenende spontan zum Skischuhkauf entschieden.Super Beratung, da ich einen \Problemfuss\ habe.Ich konnte den Schuh erstmal Probe fahren und mir wurde kein Druck gemacht, dass ich den Schuh kaufen muss. Trotz des laufenden Tagesgeschäft des Skiverleih und mit ein bisschen Zeit meinerseits genau die richtige Entscheidung getroffen.Vielen Dank!
Super nettes Personal und mit viel Spaß und Humor bei der Sache. Wenn man dazu noch Skischuhe leiht, bekommt den Kurs für 10 weniger.
Einfach spitze und klasse. Wir haben 3 Stunden einen Privatlehrer zum Start gebucht und es war super organisiert, der Kontakt vorher per E-Mail zuverlässig und verbindlich und oben angekommen war der Skilehrer pünktlich und gut gelaunt. Perfekt! Der Verleih läuft problemlos und ist schnell abgewickelt. Selbst das Parken der Ausrüstung ist möglich und Preis/Leistung mehr als fair. Die Jungs sind spitze und immer gut drauf. Vielen Dank das mit euch der Urlaub ein Stück noch besser geworden ist!
