Doing great Grafl

Wish there was a 'no star' rate but i give one ONLY for the nice coffee. The WORST coffee shop I've been to. They treat the costumers terrible, even saying to a 4- yr old kid not to hold the glass or he has to clean it by himself!? This happened unfortunately to my so who just wanted to find a chocolate for himself. Ungrateful and absolutely they have no right to tell that to a kid who just happens just want a chocolate. They lose a costumer, future costumers and they're so called reputation. What they did to my kid was embarassing. They cant treat customers in a good way. My kid can forget about the incident but not me.
