Breathtaking, you can climb up or simply take the funiculaire. Worth visiting. With a great meal meal to commemorate a great day.

Fun to take the furnicular up to the top with views overlooking the lake and the Alps. Restaurant on top serves food and drinks and sits at the entrance to the salt mine. Its fun to walk out on the suspended concrete so you are \hanging\ off the cliff.

Hallstatt is beautiful place but take your time to come here early so he won't be too many tourists
