Staff should be thankful we’re not (yet) reporting the security guard, who kicked my brother violently down the stairs and out of the restaurant, for abuse. My brother - who was kindly asking when his pizza would come - couldn’t even move the next day. Shame on this guard, shame on this place, karma will get you.

Good pizza but really bad service when it's late, everybody is really cranky and unfriendly. This place sucks big time
We had already been seated when we noticed all of the negative reviews, however our experience was wonderful and unlike all of these negative reviews. Everyone was friendly, we were seated right away, we ordered pretty quickly and the food came very quickly even thought it was packed and a holiday. Be warned about prior reviews, but know our experience was fantastic!! Not to mention the interior is super cozy and warm
Have been before, in the last few years, and it has been reasonable but tonight the restaurant was half full when we arrived and oi took a very long time to get drinks, get orders taken, get food, get the bill..... The pizzas were salty. The rest of the food was ok. We wanted to order more food and drink but nobody came. 6 of our table of 8 left and the other 2 stood by the door asking for the bill and that took 10 mins! It's just poor considering that they are in a prime village location and other restaurants are do much better. God knows how bad it would be if it was busy.

We had made a pre-booking by email AND phone for our group of 8 for fondue dinner on Valentine's day. However, when we arrived we heard that they had no idea of our fondue order, meaning that we couldn't get it anymore. We showed the emails we had sent and tried everything we could to prove that we really had made the fondue request. We decided to stay anyway because we had come all the way from Saalbach for this. The food we had instead of fondue was good, although especially the vegetarian curry was overpriced. After eating we asked for compensation because of not getting the fondue, and then things started to get overly weird. The boss lady was very offensive and even aggressive even though we tried to stay polite. She said that they DID have a fondue table for us, and now they had kept that one empty while we were in another table. She also said that we should have known that (?!) and blamed that we had made a double booking intentionally. She also threatened to call the police. After 15 minutes of this weirdness, she just suddenly gave up, gave us a bottle of prosecco for free. I have to mention that the whole insanity was caused by the boss - the younger waiters and waitresses were on our side and also tried to make her understand that we did nothing wrong and that they were the ones who messed up. I have never left a restaurant more confused and disappointed in customer service. I would give 0 stars if possible.
