I was here for a ACSL college football game. Great fun and good visibility of the whole field. Only the toilets are quite disgusting.

Best football team ever. Oldest ground in Austria
Normal stadium, nothing unusual. Facilities should be renovated. Impolite and aggressive parking staff - th y seem to be a here to keep the customers away. Also tons of garbage after every match - the stadium personnel does not care. Not to mention the dubious cars with h Czech plate numbers or without plates, parked there all the time under the excuse of private property - of course they are avoiding the normal car taxes they should pay as any normal citizen. But hey, this is a local stadium and we should be proud of it, right?

Look. It’s a smallish stadium with one (comparatively large) stand featuring a team from the Austrian 5th Division. But - First Vienna 1894 are the oldest club in Austria, play some attractive football and are beating almost everyone at this level (9-0 when I went last Friday). Tickets are cheap, käsekrainer is sold (if you don’t know what it is, just order it - unless you are a vegetarian!) and the beer while watching the game is great. You can just turn up on a match night. The fans chant in English, and there is a welcoming social club afterwards (or before) even if you’re not a regular (or speak German).
