The chocolate is nice, but the staffs are a little bit overreacted, which I don't feel really good. For example, when I just started picking chocolate, a woman who was packaging behind the desk ask me immediately whether I need help and tell me to pay overthere with an unpleasant face. Also, when I finished buying, I saw the small cards at the counter and about to read the introduction, the counter woman stopped me by telling there already have one in the chocolate bag she wrapped. This made me feel like she afraid me to take more, although I didn't do that. I can understand there might be many rude customers before to make the staffs become inpatient like this. However, it's not a good purchasing experience for me in such a beautiful city.
If you dont speak german, they are rude.... also service is very inpatient- i just started to choosing chocolates, when a woman stood next to me and started to hasten me.... then she left me while i was trying to pay and called another woman which came and then when i started to talk to her in german she smiled and Only then was acting nice to us....... that was very unpleasant experience.......
A little bit expensive but nice
Sehr schöner Laden. Die Mozartkugeln sind echt gut und nicht mit den Supermarkt-Kugeln zu vergleichen. Aus Interesse haben wir mal den direkten Vergleich gemacht und waren echt beeindruckt, wie stark man den qualitativen Unterschied schmeckt. Der Verkäufer im Laden war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dazu hat er unser Parkticket noch gelocht und wir konnten so noch einiges an Parkgebühren sparen. Haben uns im Geschäft rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.
다른 한국분께서 쓰신 리뷰와는 다르게 17년도 방문 당시에는 한국인인 것을 한번에 알아보고 어색하지만 확실한 한국어로 제품 설명을 해주는것이 인상 깊었습니다. 계산까지 친절하게 해 주던것도 기억나네요. 수제 제품과 공장생산 제품을 따로 구분해서 팔았는데, 수제 제품이 당연히 상대적으로 비쌉니다. 근데 솔직히 다른 유럽 국가나 공항에서도 살 수 있는 술 초콜릿이 훨씬 맛있고 좋습니다. 가격은 그렇다 쳐도 맛이 그닥 맛있진 않아서, 단체 선물로 사서 다른 사람 주는 용도 말고는 별로 추천하지 않습니다. 그냥 면세점 가세요ㅎㅎ

Die beste Mozartkugeln überhaupt! Immer freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und kompetent! Seit Jahren kauft die ganze Familie dort gerne ein und so wird es auch bleiben! Danke und weiter so!
