Stayed here Feb 2020. Small family-run hotel, lovely staff, great food (if you take the half board option), comfortable clean room, close to good ski areas. Couldn't fault it as a 3 star hotel.

Pleasant hotel with friendly owners. Rooms are standard but provide all the required things you can expect in a hotel. Breakfast was good.
Its a family businnes and its very well done. The food is amazing. Very well decorated good tasting and interesting new combinations and varieties of flavours. The employees remember all names of every customer. They also always can give you good advice for the region. They are all day avaliable from the early morning until late at night. Therefore, its always possible to get some fresh coffer and cold beer. I would definitely recomenmd this place.
Hotel Gesser is a cozy small hotel with extremely friendly staff and excellent service. And sauna and ski boots heater and a large parking area … In any case, we will come again to this hotel. Sillian is an excellent starting point, both for at summer and winter sports. Taking into consideration only winter sports – there are some great ski slopes and trails for cross-country skiing in the neighborhood and an hour's drive away there are two major ski resorts and again a lot of trails for cross-country skiing. Taking in consideration the quality of the hotel and friendliness of the staff and the fact of excellent opportunities for road and mountain biking in the region, we will come back. A wonderful, small, family-owned hotel in a great location. Great food, the most friendly staff, very clean, big rooms. Quiet location near the ski slopes, all for a decent price. I highly recommend this place!
Very friendly atmosphere. Awesome dinner menu (DIY salad, soup, main meal, dezert) & breakfast. Best hotel experience from my seven day alpine trip vacation .
The best small family hotel where I stayed. Rooms are huge and very modern equimpend, cleanless in on the 10 level, staf were very helpfull and food was amazing ( big portions and soo delicious).
