Beautifully presented but eye wateringly expensive dog shop. Limited but tasteful choice and organic high end dog food and treats. Not very warm welcome

Great selection of products, bad service unfortunately. Lady offered her customer service but seemed annoyed with each question. At the end I wanted to use the 20 Euro coupon I got from attending a dog related course. I needed to provide exact date of when I did the course but it was a bit hard to remember with a busy schedule. Since my phone had died I offered her my name and to look through the book to find my name. She said that's not possible because she cannot just give out coupons to just anybody with a very rude and belittling tone. Excuse me, but there were so many ways she could prove that it's me. I could have said my name and address beforehand, or I could show her my ID, bank card...or my whole wallet to prove that i am who I say I am. Her rules didn't make sense, whatever. It's okay when there are rules, but why do so many customer service people think that the only way to say no to someone is in a rude and arrogant way!? I worked in customer service once upon a time, and I know that you can be nice and say no at the same time. Why would I bother shopping there, when I can order the products from the online store next time?! It's really a shame because the products are very good and I would have wanted to buy more in the future from a local shop in Vienna. Now I have to order online and get the items shipped from Germany? Disappointing. EDIT: Unfortunately, you have not understood my complaint. It's a very disappointing reply. I was upset to see someone being rude unnecessarily when they could simply be nice. Especially in the current situation where everyone should be nice to each other. Also, it is not true that the clerk had to go through 250 names, they refused to do that. If I didnt live so far away, I would definitely return the product and spend twice or 3x the amount somewhere else. Thank you for your \gift\.
It was a few years ago now but I remember this place vividly with the fond memories of a lovely summers eve
Very helpful staff. Products definitely on the higher end of the price scale, but good if you're looking for raw meat. It's the only pet store I've found so far in Vienna to get raw meat for my dog
Updated 12/10/2019: I bought some new toys today and the salesman said that he sold me the wrong size collar 5 months ago...so he offered to exchange it for the right size for free. Exceptional service that exceeded my expectations!! I’ll only shop here for dog supplies in Vienna. Thank you!!! Original: Very friendly service and knowledgeable without being pushy or trying to up-sell you to something more expensive. Will definitely be back to get more gear and treats for my new dog.
Many thanks to Badi for being so welcoming and helpful. Hunter is a great shop to buy needed items for your large dog. Our new Bullmastiff Hans will be very happy.
Great store! Very pleasant staff. A lot of leashes for big dogs. I bought bison leather one for mine.
Really friendly service and very helpful in finding the right stuff. She was also very knowledgeable about finding the right stuff for our first puppy!
