Been here couple times and on both occasions it was great experience. Goulash is full of flavor and truly delicious. Schnitzel that I had the other time was is really huge and you may need some help with it. Pancakes are almost decadent with lot of chocolate coating, but just so worth it. Cards are accepted, which is great. Staff speaks several languages. Place is tiny and tends to be quite full. Obviously there's good reason for that. Definitely will be back.

The place isn't that big so you need luck or reservation to sit there. But food. Food! Oh my. The soups are so tasty. We took a couple of small portions and they very already big enough to make a slim woman full. Then we had a pancake with meat inside and a sauce. Wow! This one was my favorite. Then it is goulash or crispy chicken. Hard to choose one dish cuz everything was tasty. Small and cozy place with very tasty food. Highly recommended.
Authentic Hungarian food in Vienna! Family run restaurant with plenty of good reviews because it is that good! Here is what we had. Small Hungarian goulash soup loaded with tender beef, potatoes and gnocchi. Absolutely fantastic. We also had the Veal goulash with gnocchi and sour cream. Very good! Lastly we had the Cabbage roll with mince and rice. Made with sour cabbage leaves on a bed of sauerkraut. Very traditional ethnic and great tasting if you enjoy saurkraut. We had the small plate. It comes with one ginormous cabbage roll, but plenty to eat.
Love it! It was really good and I just ordered the soup!
FANTASTIC 5 STAR MEAL AT THE END OF OUR TRIP IN VIENNA!!!!! Absolutely delicious and superrr authentic!!!!! We ordered the following: Bean soup: 5/5 Brassoi: 5/5 Complete set of beef goulash: 5/5 my god, absolutely amazing! The place is not too big, so be prepared for a little bit of wait, though it should go quick (at least when I was there). The waiter was also very friendly and nice, and gave good recommendations. I'm not a big fan of beans in general, but the bean soup was so rich and so flavorful, it's perfect for a cold day. The brassoi is simple a platter full of meats that was cooked so perfectly and the beef goulash was the perfect perfect addition to the meal. The entire meal felt so warm. Recommending everyone who is in Vienna to come by. Location is also very central near the major tourist spots.
Love the goulash soup here, the best! We were in Vienna for 2 days but went there twice as it was really the best for me! ️ A Nice friendly waiter which was a plus for the 5 stars I rate.
Outstanding Hungarian cuisine. I eat here multiple times on each visit to Vienna
