A faultless experience. We booked a return trip from Innsbruck to Ischgl in a 4x4 VIP Van. The booking process was very easy and efficient including a polite reminder two days before travel. The vehicle was spotless and the driver was waiting for us at the booked time and was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them.
A big thank you to your team and drivers who took us to/from Innsbruck and St Christoph last week. I was initially concerned booking our transfer for our two families online and so far in advance with a company I had no personal experience with but on arrival the driver was waiting with our name on his phone; he stopped at the roadside to see a colleague who promptly took card payment thru the window and then got us there quickly and safely so we could ski in the afternoon. On return early in the morning the driver was waiting outside the hotel as expected and again helped us with luggage into the nicely warm vehicle on a cold snowy morning. I cannot recommend you enough and have just booked for next year! Hopefully we'll get the same driver so we can have another hilarious chat via Google translate :-) Marcus & friends/family
Fantastic company. We missed our outbound flight from London to Innsbruck, they rearranged their taxi for us and picked us up from munich instead. Their driver was friendly, courteous and professional. Can't recommend them highly enough.
