I have had a very bad experience at this jeweler. I thought i had bought a single white gold earring back for 65 EUR but they sold me a silver one instead. I realized they had sold me a silver one when I had returned home as the one bought turned black, which made me realize they had sold me the wrong thing but charged me for the expensive one. I contacted them and provided them with the details on which day the item was bought and paid for, they asked me to return the item which I did and I not ever did get my refund as discussed, they also never got back via email once the item had been posted to them!!! I lost the money paid for the earring back AND the earring I had bought and sent to them to get it all sorted out. This place is untrustworthy and has appalling customer service!!! Will never go again!
