One building, hundreds of people hoarded up in there together. Most people have their own room, others have shared facilities. This building has: - A strict vision on who enters the building - Designated times in which visitors are allowed to be there - Random room controlling to seek for rule violation - A mandatory early-rise on scheduled cleaning days - An enormous amount of rules regarding what is allowed inside the rooms and what is definitely not (e.g. a small extra fan or some candles are not allowed) - Time limits on using the common areas in the building - 24/7 security attendance After all these facts about this building and this organisation, you might think I am talking about a prison. I am, in fact, not. I am talking about the ISH in Innsbruck, which is worse: At least in a prison you would get your food for free. Can absolutely NOT recommend to stay here! Will try to knock a few bucks out of you wherever they can, because they know they can.. What are you going to do? Sue them over 25? The decent rooms are completely overshadowed by the terrible service and never-ending bureaucracy. Be warned!

Don't stay here! They will try to steal your money in any way. Look for another dorm where people don't scam you!
I would say something but, Audrey Cuniberti, you've already described it in an adjusted way! So guys, if looking for an easy going place to stay in the city... just run away from here ;)
Apartments are great and the dorm is cleaned but : - Most of the informations are written in German. - Expensive, they will try take your money when ever they can - Your not allowed to bring some people outsider of the residence, the entry and the use of public areas are controlled. - The office don't answer and is open only 2hours on four days per week (if you need informations or else, I wish you good luck)

Hab mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Super schönes und sauberes Haus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Stern gibt es Abzug, da alle 14 Tage die Reinigung kommt und ich als erstes Zimmer dran war und somit um 8:00h deshalb aufstehen musste.
Der Deutsche Orden und weiter Sponsoren, sollten sich besser überlegen die Direktorin in ihrer Position zu belassen. Ein einfacherer Direktorenwechsel, würde alles sofort verbessern. Ein junger und kompetenter Direktor/in könnte dieses Heim in einem Jahr zum schönsten Heim Innsbrucks machen. Das Sekretariat im Heim gibt ihr bestes, aber mit dieser Direktorin, muss dieses das Heim mit den wahnhafte Ideen dieser Frau führen. Die Direktorin selbst beobachtet Menschen ohne Scham und Manieren, und geht mit allen Studenten ohne Respekt um. Schade für den an sich tollen Ort/ für das tolle Gebäude
