This dormitory is my second home. As I came to Austria for my studies, Graz and local culture were totally new to me and I felt lonely first weeks. However, Johannes-Kepler-House made my \on boarding\ and life in the new country a way easier. Management of the dorm is very caring. They care about social activities as well as cultural activities all over the year. For example: Get-to-know meeting in a beautiful countryside of Styria or Christmas Market right inside of the dorm. Once I've also participated in the dorm's choir which was full of fun and nice people. So from the beginning of my residency I felt welcomed and got a bunch of new friends. Now, in the Covid-19 time, I am thankful again. Dorm's management has adjusted the government's rules to the local circumstances and informed all the students. This is great to know that you can rely on your house and don't be afraid of a total disaster if somebody would be ill. Because the whole logistics around people, who were positive tested is working well. For instance, I was tested positive on Corona (on costs of the dorm) and at the same moment the dorm's management gave me an extra flat in the dorm for my isolation so that nobody of my social environment would be sick because of me. They did shopping for me and were here for when I needed something. Now, I am healthy again and it was good to know that I could rely on them since I couldn't call my friends or use the help of my dorm neighbours during this time. So, I would recommend it to anybody who needs a \second\ home in their lives.

Johannes Kepler Studentheim is simply the best of! I spent there my Erasmus and it was the best experience ever. Mrs. Henriksen and her staff treat every student perfectly. Anything is not a problem. The house is very clean itself, very well equipped and located so conveniently. 10 mins to the city on a bike, 10 mins for a hike! PS: In case I am in Graz again - I will come back one day. :) It is the must!
