Opening of the 2019/2020 season... top assistance from Simon and crew. Extra attention to my daughters ankle (injured before we came to StAnton) and good advise on equipment. Easy drop-off and good quality equipment. Will use them next time again

Luggi and crew were fantastic helping our group of circa 30 when we checked in on a very busy Saturday. Most of us just got skis but some of us also rented boots. Luggi made sure that the check-in process went quickly (it helped that I had been in communication with Helga and had emailed her a spreadsheet with names, sizes, skier type, etc). With the discount it just made more sense to rent than to pay the plane luggage fee. Moreover, we could easily change the ski depending on conditions/likability and I even got mine serviced for free during the week The 'lockers' were a godsend, especially since they were close to the lift. This way it was easy to get back to the hotel or spend some apres-ski in the town without having to worry about someone stealing your skis and we could sit down in our regular shoes instead of the heavy ski boots. I still remember many long walks I made in my ski boots in the 80's and 90's when I frequented St. Anton annually: no more! Initially we were worried that the boots could not dry properly on the shelves but the system they have is ingenious: every morning I had dry boots.

Terrible and unfriendly service. Rented a premium priced snowboard. Back leg binding only had three screws and all the screws were loose. One of the screws fell out when I was up on the mountain and I had to ride down with my back leg completely loose. When I later complained to the stuff (after I had fixed the binding) they claimed it was all fine and didn’t believe I had a problem since I didn’t come to them to fix it (which would have been impossible since the screw came off when I was pretty far away).

Located right near the lifts. Includes storage for skies and boots. Good new equipment, very nice and helpful staff.

40 Eur for a snowboard service - ouch! (But they did do a pretty good job of it)
