Very nice staff. They are well educated in various fields. If one employee doesn't know something in detail, he will get you a college. You can buy almost everything for cats, fish dogs, reptiles, bunnies and others. There are sales sometimes and you can buy good quality things for an affordable price.

great range of products with very ambitious employees. At least those I met. Once they even gave me a product for free because I just needed a fraction of the smallest available package - awesome! It saved me 20,- Euros. Also i love the fact that they offer such a great amount of animals, its almost like a miniature zoo.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff in the aquatic section, can see that the animals are well cared for, no sick or diseased fish. Little pricey but worth it! You can save 3% on purchases (excluding livestock) with a customer card and receive coupons through the post.
