Nice modern art museum, good exhibitions and well informed audio guides. It will be extended with a new building by 2018 so it will be more interesting then.

Kunsthalle Krems offers several contemporary art exhibitions during the year. It is a part of Kunstmeile Krems that includes other Museums (Cartoon Museum, State Art Gallery, Forum Frohner, Artothek). The building was a former tobacco factory and offers a nice mix of old and new architecture.
