Very kind people. Washing area very clean. Total Corona proof. Nice breakfast. Welcomes drink is apple juice. We arrived in the evening because to tired to drive further. Glad we stopped. Very nice.

Best camping we have been to in our holiday. The pitches are spacious, the facilities are excellent and the surroundings are beautiful. But best of all is the help at the camping. The people are very nice and always willing to help with advise. A very very big recommendation

I have been to a lot of camping sites in my life, but none like Alpencamp in Kötschach-Mauthen. The host Josef is the most welcoming and warmhearted host You will ever encounter. If You have think of customerservice - Josef has it all. The campsite has a good location for different activities like biking or hiking the mountains, rafting on the river or enjoying the good cuisine in the region. The campsite has all the amenities that You need. I will visit again. Thank You Josef team. All the best from Denmark

Alpencamp is really a gem – it's got a stunning location with a view looking at beautiful mountains, it's cozy (not overly big) yet it's got excellent services, the sanitary facilities are modern and clean, the whole operation is eco-friendly and green. (We could not try the wellness bit due to the COVID situation, but from the photos it looks very promising too.) And I must not forget to mention the "boss", Sepp Kolbitsch, who is in more than one place at a single second, being very helpful, cheerful, clearly enjoying his job. I really do recommend this place, go see for yourselves.

Wonderful campsite, owners speak English. Level pitches in an orchard, quiet peaceful site, lovely riverside walk. Clean facilities. Free bus pass, good WiFi. invited to watch their apple pressing. Wonderful opportunity and sold in their shop.

Nice campsite large pitches. Very clean toilet and showers. There is a restaurant at the side of the camp site. Serves very good food . Short walk to the supermarket. Three to choose from. Well worth a stay if in the area owners speak English. Would stay again . Great views of the mountains.
