Fantastic, very peaceful location, great views, clean and spacy appartment. Good service from the landlord (when needed). Some minor points for consideration; the walk from and to the town center can be a bit cumbersome because of the climb, opportunities for activities directly at the Landhaus are a bit limited, so you need a car or public transport to visit the great places in Seefeld (mountains, swimming, shopping, cycling).

Just returned from a weeks stay at this lovely home. Extremely well equipped and lovely location for access to the village and wonderful walks. The property was clean and well kept. Beds so comfortable and rooms all with views. Great communication and hospitality from Christine. Thanks for a wonderful stay the Sweeneys
Nice and quiet appartment on 10 minute stroll from the city center. We had a one Loft/Studio with bathroom and small Kitchen. Everything was very clean and Christine made sure everything was arranged and was available for questions. During the reservation process the response was very quick. Parking in front of the door and good laundry facilities in the basement. All together good price quality
This is the perfect place to relax and listen to nature. Nothing like Seefeld, nobody better than Landhaus Charlotte.
Super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Klasse Wohnung,gut ausgestattet und eine traumhafte Lage und Umgebung. Wir waren als Familie dort mit Hund. Es hat alles prima geklappt,Wünsche wurden direkt erfüllt und umgesetzt. Jederzeit gern wieder.
Landhaus Charlotte kann ich nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr saubere und schöne Ferienwohnungen und die Lage - ein absoluter Traum zum Ausspannen und erholen.
