This is a great place to start your trip on Mariazell Railway (Mariazellerbahn). The place is not only a modern railway station but also include a very good bistro with souvenirs shop. Inside the station there is a big model of the area around containing the railway as well. The bistro serves a good range of food (menu of the day is recommended) as well as drinks. The place has all the necessary facilities.
