We had a really wonderful stay. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The spa was amazing and I had a wonderful massage. The staff was really accommodate. The hotel is super close to the lifts and the mountains and has all the accommodations for your gear!

Well situated hotel, not in the heart of Mayrhofen But close enough to have the advantages of the city-life without the desadvantages. Good level of food... breakfast as Well as dinner. Friendly waiters and help at the reception. Lovely furnitured and big hotelroom and the skibus stops at 50 m of the hotel and takes you in 5 min to Penkenbahn/skistation. Lovely swimmingpool and fitness/wellness area. Place to be for skiholiday
Quality establishment with great facilities run by a lovely family. They take care of you, it's good value and the food is excellent.
Nice hotel and spa in Mayrhofen. Friendly, helpful staff, lots of nice little touches. I was staying in the 2nd building (across the road from main hotel), access to main hotel (and spa/dining/bar) via a subterranean walkway. Room was clean and modern with a nice mountain view. Breakfast and dinner were good with a range of options available. Bar served a range of drinks, with music every night (not lively but always busy with people relaxing). Spa was great, with a pool, multiple saunas, steam room and multiple relaxation areas. Can get busy at peak times (5-7pm) but most of the facilities were large enough to cope. Ski bus stops outside or lift is a 5-8 min walk (up a small hill). Parking available 1 min walk from hotel.

Beautifully decorated 4* hotel in the traditional style.Note that many rooms in the original building do not have balconies. Right in centre of the town just one minute walk to train and bus station.The younger staff are very friendly but some of the mature members should be taught how to smile.Many different dining options with good presentation of dishes.We were there in June and the hotel bar was the place to go for evening entertainment. A bit surprised the DJ was allowed to smoke in the bar as guests were expected to do so outside the building. Mayrhofen is a really friendly village. We enjoyed the live folk bands in the beer garden in the Berghof hotel directly opposite. It has an open kitchen and be warned the prepared food on display is absolutely covered in flys.Can't be hygienic. Ugh!!
Would go back in a heartbeat. Best food on our trip. Best service. Most amazing spa.
Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Yes it looks a bit dated but the Apfel strudel speaks for itself, just close your eyes and enjoy.
