Worst company in Vienna in terms of Customer Service. Tried to contact a Makler to see an apartment SEVERAL WEEKS and it is basically I M P O S I B L E. The automation strategy is a total disaster and there is no Customer focus... I do not recommend this company at all.
Not only do i agree with Mr Roos comment that its the worst, but it far worst then described. This overblown website showing corporate professionalism is nothing but a screen and a lie for an unorganized and truly disrespectful staff. We are talking about real estate worth a lot of money! And the service is like shopping in Billa or Spar! Even Lidl is more helpful. What a shame! What happened to client is King!? Not that i think my self as one, at least the decency to hear your client our and to return a Question asked by a client! Absolute disgrace!
