Very good prices, very reasonable shipping cost! And the shipping was very quick! The customer service is awesome! I had some issue with Proline item. I get an answer within 5 minutes from the customer service, out of the business hours at 18:30, and next day shipped the correct item! Very highly recommended store!

Well it is a strange site. I asked why they didnt ship on the same day 25thFeb they said it was shipped. A day later 26th i get a shipped email and tracking number. Tracking is not on DHL website even thou they say its shipped by DHL. Dunno. Althou the Items arrived today. Just 3 days delivery ( I am not in Austria or Germany ). Have to give it a 4 overall because i did get what i ordered and the delivery was rather fast.
