I went back to Mueller (at Shopping Arena) again today and asked if I could get vat refund or not. An answer is yes so I brought 2 bottles of perfume there. If there is anything to say for Mueller and their staffs, Thank you so much for kindly help about vat refund document. Especially, a new woman staff with long black hair. You are really have service mind and very patient with me. Also with other staffs who are helped, searched and asked for all details and provided me vat refund finally. You guys are great. I bought something, then I didn’t like it afterwards so I decided to return it to this affiliate which is the same one from where I got it, at the end they didn’t want to return my money back, except for a voucher or other goods, good to know that in the company’s website they say you can have your money back. This an awful experience, like I felt I’m not free on my own money at all.

Riesiges Geschäft auf 2 Ebenen, große Auswahl auch an Spielsachen, da kann sich manches Fachgeschäft verstecken, freundliches Personal und viele Parkplätze Dank des Einkaufscenters. Es mausert sich langsam. Weiter so.
