We used this service to cross the lake to see Hallstätt. Our captain Eddy was fantastic! He was hilarious and knew lots about the lake/castle and history of It all. He speaks 7 languages and will definitely make the lake crossing more entertaining than the large passenger ferry

Rude Captain and delayed service The boat service is convenient from near Dormio resort. However at 60 for a family of 10, it seems a bit expensive. Most annoyingly the 1530 service back from Hallstatt to Obertraun did not arrive in time. We had to take another route back. The captain wasn't particularly polite as well, especially to the children in our group.

Sind heute von Obertraun nach Hallstadt und zurück gefahren. Es war sehr schön entspannt, rückzu waren wir sogar die einzigsten Gäste. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und konnte so Einiges über die Gegend erzählen und sogar Ausflugstipps geben. Nur zu empfehlen
