We met a very friendly and helpful staff here, but consider, that in the morning hours (around the start of the skilift) it can be really crowded, so don't expect extra care. Ski and snowboard rentals are on the same prices, so it is possible to change gears between days. If you stay in the neighbouring Franz Ferdinand hotel a 10% discount and a payment transferred on the hotel room makes it easier. The equipment we got were all new and in good shape. A final advantage is that they have 3 other shops up on the mountains, where the staff is also very helpful to solve requests and problems.

I rented a snowboard for one day. The right binding was broken and it opened several times when I was boarding. They rent equipment for advanced users and they charge high prices but the quality of the product is really low. The worst part was that when I returned to board I was trying to explain that the binding was broken to the guy of the store. In the middle of my sentence he just said \thanks for the feedback\, he took the board and he left... I would not recommend this store and for sure I will never use this store again in the future.

Wollte mir hier ein für den Bikepark Nassfeld geeignetes Fully ausleihen und wurde total enttäuscht. Das Bike hatte ein völlig ungeeignetes/minderwertiges Fahrwerk, war schwer und zu kleine Geometrie. Zudem waren die Strecken voll mit Wanderern und Familien, was ziemlich gefährlich war. Schnelle Abfahrten sind somit nicht möglich.
