I bought a pair of shoes (Northwave spider plus) in my bike trip thru Austria, they're very professional I love the quality of my MTB shoes and my cycling shirt. compliments to the young lady who helped me. I never cycled this efficient on my bike!

On Sunday we wanted to go for a ride with an ebike. Unfortunately on sunday most of the shops are closed. We found this store open on sunday and we were lucky that they still had some e bikes left. The service at the start was perfect and one guy also told us how the bikes works, for me fine, for my boyfriend with experience no need for. We took a map from there and chose the hardest route. My boyfriend asked how to get there and that we have to be fit. So the journey begun very fun and it was beautiful.. However the battery of my boyfriends ebike lasted for only 2.5 hours! Even though i asked how long a battery last or how long it takes to recharge, like i told a joke to the employee. Because the battery should last the whole day, he said. Well we continued our journey even without battery, while mine still had half of the battery left. When we arrived at the shop another employee asked us if everything was ok and we told him that it was not and explained the situation and he just laughed us off. He said it happened to him because my boyfriend was heavier than me, well he didnt even listen because i used full power and he was using half the power or less for the whole trip and then as the tip of the iceberg.. The guy just turn around and didnt even want to listen to us. That was for me really shoking and i wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone just for the service they provide. I talked to the owner of the place where we rented our appartment and she said that there are so many other stores and much better. Check it out!

Tolles Equipment gibts im Bikecenter zum Ausleihen. Die Preise sind nicht gerade günstig, aber das Angebot bestimmt die Nachfrage. So ist es nun mal. Klare Empfehlung, wenn man gute Fahrräder für einen Berg- oder Standardausflug möchte. An der Kundenfreundlichkeit könnten die Jungs noch etwas arbeiten ;)
Nettes Personal, mit der Reservierung ist leider etwas schief gelaufen. Der freundliche Herr hat sich aber vielmals entschuldigt und auch einen Preisnachlass gegeben. Fehler passieren, insofern war das in Ordnung. Das Bike war nicht ganz in Ordnung, daher der Stern Abzug.
Letzte Woche war ich mit drei Freunden auf einer Radtour unterwegs. Ziel war die Alpenüberquerung. Während der Tour stellte ich fest, daß mein vorderes Ritzel defekt war. Wir erreichten das Bike Center Ötztal. Obwohl sehr viel Betrieb herrschte, kümmerte sich Jonas sehr um mein Problem. Da ein passendes Ritzel nicht auf die Schnelle lieferbar war, bekam ich ein Mountainbike zu einen guten Preis geliehen. Der Chef vom Bike Center versprach mir noch, mein Rad flott zu machen und brachte es mir nach 5 Tagen persönlich und kostenlos zum vereinbarten Hotel. Ich kann das Bike Center sehr empfehlen. Nette Leute und ein ausgezeichneter Service. Nochmals vielen Dank.
