Great apartment in the residential center area. 0 noise. Almost in the city center, just a bridge and a small walk! This google location is incorrect, Herminengasse 12 is in the neighborhood (300m), but not there!

Very good but just a few things to improve: I requested a double bed and I got two single together. The floor was a little dirty. They do offer a storage room for luggage but they do not take any responsibility as this is just a common shelter where everyone with the code has access. The shower gel and shampoo is not replaced per guests so the next one will use the same I was using.
For it's price it was nothing too bad, good position, clean room and reliable instructions sent by email to get the keys (hotelmat). The hob wasn't very usable and there was some cocoa powder and sugar in their original cardboard boxes ripped and left open. Not a great presentation. They also said via email that at the moment of check-out you could have paid cash or with card but at check-out when I told her I wanted to pay cash she said she already took all the amount off my card without telling me.
Hotel refusing to refund or postpone a reservation while Austria closes its borders due to Covid-19. This is highly unethical. Please everyone, spend money where people deserves it and show some solidarity during hard times, if that word means anything.

Non ho capito perché il locale è segnato qui su maps ad un indirizzo diverso dal quale si trova realmente....hermingasse 12. Il locale vi ricordo non ha aria condizionata ma è dotato di tutti i comfort. È vicino a tutto ma non vicinissimo.
Отличное месторасположение. Приветливые хозяева. Всё четко и оперативно. Рекомендую. Продуктовый магазин за углом.
