In the beginning of 2013 Mr. Reinhard Zeiler has founded the Austrian based airport consulting company ON-BLOCK GmbH. The main target of this new company is to provide Operational Readiness & Airport Transfer (ORAT) expertise for the implementation of new airport facilities worldwide. Mr. Reinhard Zeiler has gained the required know how for this complex task in many ORAT projects around the globe over the last twenty years. Reinhard Zeiler developed the “Munich Approach*"​ on ORAT and guided Munich Airport Company between 1994 to 2012 to become a market leader for this product. He was responsible for ORAT projects for Munich Airport Company of many airport and passenger terminal openings in the past such as Kuala Lumpur, Athens, Brussels Pier A and B, Madrid-Barajas T4, Barcelona T1, Delhi T3, New Hyderabad Airport, New Durban International Airport in South Africa, New Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, Singapore Changi T3, Abu Dhabi Terminal 3, Moscow Sheremetyevo new Terminal D and Vienna Airport, Skylink Terminal – now Check-In 3 Terminal.
