I stopped by while doing a race across Europe. I needed some loose parts like a single bar end plug, a 2 mm hex key, and a patch kit. The owner was quick to help me and even sold me his personal hex key. Thanks for all the help!

This is an excellent bike shop. Needed to get my bike serviced before IM Austria and Thorsten was extremely helpful when I first went into the shop. The cost of the service was very reasonable and I was really impressed with how smooth everything felt when I got the bike back. I also needed to get a few other accessories before the day of the ironman so was in and out the shop on a number of occasions. Thorsten provided excellent service on each occasion and I will definitely be taking my bike to him when I return to do IM Austria again next year. Thoroughly recommend this shop.

I thought I was unlucky when I messed up my di2 while making adjustments to my bike while doing the transcontinental race. But I was very lucky to do it just down the road from one of the best bike shops I've been to recently. They fixed it in about an hour, sorting out the messy internal wiring, and got me back on the road straight away.
