I visited the store, there was a young man who served me first and also a blond lady. I was being served by the man- I wanted to buy lower price range watches, as presents - but the lady made a very self setisfied and condescending comments, that they are not selling designer watches and I am in the wrong store. I was shocked by the manner the level of rudeness. I told her that I am not shopping for myself, I have multiple high-end watches and I would like to buy presents...I must say I am not a regular shopper at this outlet centre but I was very surprised by this negative experience and I am not used to such behaviour. I also run a business myself, I have multiple employees and I would never ever use such tone with anyone. This kind of attitude is totally unacceptable to me and it is very inappropriate. Before Christmas I will probably revisit the centre again, and probably go this shop as well... but I really hope that I will not have the same extremely bad customer experience

Good evening! This is the product purchased from your store and the quality leaves it to be desired, after 2 days in the product box and a road from Romania to Austria.I don't know what we can do with this product ?!?!I cannot give any star to the store !!!

Also eines vorab, Andrea und Ihr Team sind absolut perfekt. Ich, als schwieriger Kunde habe bei Hour Passion eine Uhr gekauft, die dann doch nicht, meinen Vorstellungen entsprach. Die Uhr wurde anstandslos zurückgenommen und ich konnte mir eine andere aussuchen. In diesem Store hat die Kundenzufriedenheit einen extrem hohen Stellenwert. Ich bewundere die Professionalität und die Geduld der dortigen Mitarbeiter. Vielen lieben Dank !!!

Ich war schon öfter in diesem Geschäft und habe auch bereits mehrere Uhren gekauft. Das Personal ist immer wieder kompetent, freundlich und sehr geduldig. Es gibt eine Auswahl an bestimmten Markenuhren, welche oft sehr günstig angeboten werden (Outletpreise). Ich kann diesen Shop wirklich nur empfehlen !
