For full clarity, I’m not the biggest fan of Persian food, so this review is very subjective to my taste. Having said that, the fact that this place is crowded most nights, and has a lot of Persian customers constantly, will tell you that this is the real deal. Authentic food and flavours, well made. Waiters are authentic too - friendly and helpful, through both broken English and broken German. On busy nights, getting their attention is a bit of a fight. Food wise, and here’s the subjective part: it’s a bit bland. The rice is nice and buttery, though both it and the meats, as well as sauces (if your dish even comes with one) are lacking in flavour. Not a lot of seasoning, as may very well be the custom. Just not my type.

Truly best Persian restaurant in town. Visited thrice or more so far. People who have traveled to Iran more recently than I tell me it is at the level of the best restaurants there, which I could have easily guessed. The staff is very nice and the location cozy and well-adorned. The food is amazing, portions are decent and the price is mid-range.

Amazing! It felt like going back in time into the Shah's Persia. Delicious authentic Persian food. Monday to Friday lunch specials including a garden salad are 12. Each day there is a different selection of three meals. I had the Sabsi Polo (Rice with green herbs) and fried salmon, fantastic and more than I could eat. Highly recommended!

Pars is my absolute favorite Persian restaurant in Vienna. It is absolute highest quality comfort food and I love to bring visitors there....everyone loves it. The waiters are utterly friendly and welcoming and the prices are sensational. Absolute recommendation!
