I came in to make a pass photo, which normally, elsewhere, takes 10 minutes to make, including printing. Though the lounge was completely empty, staff asked me to make an appointment in 2 days (!). Okay, I was not in a hurry. After two days I came in, again, and a technician (a younger girl) tried to take a photo. First, she did something wrong, and a lamp did not work. She asked some guy for help and they together started to mend the lamp, and it took some time. After it was done, she proceeded to take photos. When they were ready after printing, I realized they were too red, really red, I had a face with a color of a beetroute. For those who may think this is my normal color, I would note - it's not, really. Well, I was not ready to make another appointment in two days, so I took the photos. Maybe I had to complain, but I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. All the time I spent in this place, I met no visitors. Are they really so busy to make such appointments for passport photos? And if they still make an appointment, and it takes long, shouldn't they in a meantime prepare everything including lamps to be in a perfect condition for shooting? Very, very strange place.

Called before 13h and said that we are going to try and make it in the afternoon with the baby to make photos for her passport. Went there around 16h, everything was already set up so that the baby could lie down and pose for her photo. Mr Richard was very nice and professional and everything was done really fast!

Qualität der Speisen war schon mal viel besser! Leider auch lange Wartezeiten Samstag abends. Schade.

Die Abschlussfotos meines Sohnes in der Schule waren schrecklich! Er wurde immer wieder aufgefordert doch mit offenem Mund zu lächeln, obwohl er das nicht wollte. Rausgekommen sind total gekünstelte Fotos die schrecklich aussahen. Dann wurde versprochen die anderen die gemacht waren rauszusuchen oder als Alternative ein Ersatzfotoshooting. Da es die Schulabschlussfotos waren, war mir dies sehr wichtig. Gemeldet hat sich der Fotograf trotz mehrmaliger schriftlicher Kontaktaufnahme nie wieder.
