Absolutely terrible experience with ordering furniture for my bathroom and toilet!! Staff is highly incompetent and can’t process even a very simple order for the furniture set in exactly same way as displayed in their own showroom!!!! Based on the plan of my apartment they recommended a closet which didn't fit into the toilet’!! I had to go through lots of inconveniences into to get a replacement! After that, today I have found out that they failed to deliver a set of shelves for the bathroom!! So tomorrow I will have AGAIN lots of headache resolving this situation with their stuff! :-((((((( I will NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone!! Stay away from this shop and find another one which will save you lots of time, efforts and money!! **************************************** Absolut schreckliche Erfahrung mit der Bestellung von Möbeln für mein Bad und WC! Das Personal ist äußerst inkompetent und kann nicht einmal eine sehr einfache Bestellung für das Möbelset auf die gleiche Art und Weise abwickeln, wie sie in seinem eigenen Ausstellungsraum ausgestellt wird. Basierend auf dem Plan meiner Wohnung wurde ein Schrank empfohlen, der nicht in die Toilette passt. Ich musste viele Unannehmlichkeiten in Kauf nehmen, um Ersatz zu bekommen! Danach fand ich heraus, dass sie keine Regale für das Badezimmer geliefert haben !! Also werde ich morgen WIEDER VIELE Kopfschmerzen haben, um diese Situation mit ihren Sachen zu lösen! Ich werde sie niemandem empfehlen !! Halten Sie sich von diesem Shop fern und suchen Sie sich einen neuen, der Ihnen viel Zeit, Mühe und Geld spart !!

Auf der Suche nach bestimmten Armaturen wurde ich - vor einer weiteren \Beratung\ - noch gefragt ob solche Modelle überhaupt in meinem Budget seien. Neureiche im Nadelstreif erzeugen hier wohl mehr Hoffnung. Jedenfalls sehr zuvorkommend, damit ich kein Geld - gerade in Zeiten wie diesen, wo Geschäfte angeblich auf KundInnen angewiesen sind - nicht bei den Falschen liegen lasse. Danke! Re: Ist total klar wenn man sich explizit nach Jörger und Dornbracht erkundigt. LOL
