wouldn’t accept some of my coins after i had already inserted most of the money. Cancel button didn’t work, so machine just kept my money

Nach dem Einwurf von 6 Euro und anfertigen der Fotos kommt zwar die Meldung, dass die Fotos jetzt gedruckt werden, es kamen aber keine Fotos raus und der Automat ist direkt im Anschluss zufällig außer Betrieb. Geld ist also weg, keine Fotos erhalten. Einzige Option :Man soll eine Hotline anrufen, wo aber auch nach mehrmaligem Anrufen niemand abhebt und anschließend ein Anrufbeantworter kommt. DANKE FÜR NICHTS
